Why Tenkura
Ten (天) means sky; Kura (蔵) means storehouse or vault. The name reflects a practical goal: protect what you value, and keep it clear of unnecessary noise.
Ownership first
Your library, your sessions, and your account data remain yours. We do not sell advertising against your activity, and we avoid locking core listening behind a rented catalog. Where possible, server credentials and local media stay on your device.
Focused products
Wave, Pulse, and Mahjong are separate products with clear purposes—not a single bloated platform. We release when the experience is genuinely usable.
Accounts when required
Playback of your own library does not require registration. A free Tenkura account is used for cloud vault, backups, artist support, and other signed-in features.
Tenkura Studio is a small team building Wave (music), Pulse (basketball runs), and Tenkura Mahjong (Steam).
