Tenkura Studio

Privacy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This covers Tenkura Studio websites and apps (including Wave, Pulse, and related services). We keep it short on purpose.

What we collect

If you create a Tenkura account, we store the basics needed to run that account — usually email and a secure login (via our auth provider).

Depending on which app you use, we may also store:

We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t run advertising trackers on our core product flows.

What stays on your device

Server addresses, passwords for your own music server, and local media settings are stored on your device when possible. We don’t need those to operate the basic player.

Cloud storage

If you use cloud vault features, files go to private object storage (for example Cloudflare R2) under your account. Those files are for your use of the product, not for us to browse or sell.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We don’t store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment processing.

Third parties we rely on

To run the apps we use standard infrastructure such as Firebase (auth and data), cloud storage, and payment providers. They only get what’s needed to provide that service.

Your choices

Kids

Our services aren’t aimed at children under 13. If you think a child gave us data by mistake, contact us and we’ll remove it.
