Terms of use

By using Tenkura Studio websites or apps (including Wave and Pulse), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the services.
What we provide
We provide software clients and related cloud features. Products may be in beta or testing. Features can change as we improve them.
Your account
You’re responsible for your login and for activity under your account. Keep your password private. Tell us if you think someone else has access.
Your content and media
You’re responsible for the files and content you upload or stream. Don’t use Tenkura to store or share material you don’t have the rights to use.
When you connect your own music server (for example Subsonic or Navidrome), that server and its content are yours to manage. We don’t host those files for you.
Cloud storage
Cloud vault space is for personal use of the product (music backups, app-related media). Don’t abuse the service, run open public file dumps, or try to break other people’s access. We may suspend accounts that clearly abuse the system.
Purchases and artist support
Some features involve payments (storage tiers, artist passes, track purchases). Prices are shown before you pay. Refunds, if any, follow the rules of the payment provider and any policy we state at checkout.
Artist payouts depend on the artist completing payment onboarding (for example Stripe Connect). We’re not a bank; transfer timing follows the payment processor.
Acceptable use
- Don’t attack, scrape, or overload our systems
- Don’t try to break into other users’ accounts or data
- Don’t use the apps for illegal activity
The software is “as is”
We work hard to keep things running, but we can’t promise zero bugs or zero downtime. To the extent the law allows, Tenkura Studio isn’t liable for lost data, lost profits, or problems caused by third-party services (cloud hosts, your home server, payment providers, and so on).
Ending access
You can stop using the apps anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
